The Department of Public Trustee & Official Administrator was corporasited of 29 May 1995 and commenced its operations as ARB on 1 August 1995. As a Public Trustee and Administrator, ARB undertakes the following roles and wills.
Legal, financial and administrative duties in the establishment
of trust and wills;
Trustee to unit trust funds and bonds;
Asset manager of trust funds; and
Administrator and executor of deceased estates.
